Conversion from NORD-WEST-RING BANK eG into NORD-WEST-RING BANK GmbH.

1991:
Relocation of NORD-WEST-RING-BANK eG from Frankfurt/Main to Mainhausen with registered office moved to Mainhausen.

1988:
Expansion of the business activity by taking over central settlement with del credere for the first third-party cooperation outside of the NORD-WEST-RING Group.

1980:
Start of business activity on 1 January 1980. Main business activity: Carrying out central settlement with the assumption of del credere for NORD-WEST-RING eG and FACH-SPORT GmbH.

1979:
